Long beaded statement necklace with a blended blue and white color scheme and adorned with celestial charms. This bohemian style necklace was made using the brick stitch method to create multiple bead strips with tiny Czech glass seed beads of celeste blue, navy blue and pearl white. The beaded strips feature three rows of pearl white beads bordered by a celeste blue and navy blue lace design. Navy and cerulean blue polished aluminum rings connect the bead strips at six locations and is finished off with a thin beaded strip adorned with a large silver plated bohemian moon pendant and two dainty stars. The closure for this necklace is a rich golden tone brass magnetic clasp. The necklace is 29.5" when laid flat and unclasped.
The beauty of this necklace is really apparent in bright light where you can see the contrasting blue beaded lace against the sunning pearl white beads. The lighter celeste blue beads have a polished frost appearance whereas the navy blue beads are quite opaque. Matching celeste blue thread adds a depth to the more translucent navy beads. The moon and star charms have a lovely tinkling sound and compliment the blue and white color theme. The aluminum rings add a nice division between the beaded strips and enhance the boho vintage styling of this piece.
